How can I save on shipping?
Get your deliveries every other month and save 50% on shipping costs. Once you sign up for a subscription, we give you full flexibility within your member portal to group your shipments into bulk orders and take advantage of our $9 flat rate shipping. In addition, this option reduces your carbon footprint with decreased packaging and shipping. Our customer happiness team is also available to set up the most economical subscription for your needs.
How do I track my order?
We send a shipping confirmation email to you when your order is in transit. The email includes your tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your shipment.
Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam folder or “Promotions” tab in Gmail. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation email, try searching your inbox for all emails from support@drinkAG1.com.
How long will it take to receive my package?
USA
Most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days with standard priority shipping but we always do our best to get shipments to you sooner. We also offer 2-day expedited shipping if you would like your AG1 shipped faster. Orders placed before 2pm ET for East Coast and 2pm PT for West Coast are usually processed the same day. All orders are shipped from the USA.
Canada and Singapore
Most packages will arrive within 7-14 business days but we always do our best to get shipments to you sooner. Orders placed before 2pm ET are usually processed the same day. All orders are shipped from the USA.
Australia
Most packages will arrive within 4-7 business days but we always do our best to get shipments to you sooner. Orders placed before 2pm ET are usually processed the same day. All orders are shipped from the USA.
Europe
Most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days but we always do our best to get shipments to you sooner. Orders placed before 3pm CET are usually processed the same day. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

What shipping carriers do you use?
USA
Our shipments are sent via LaserShip, OSM, USPS, or UPS. We assign a carrier based on your zip code and shipping method preference.
Canada
Shipments are delivered by DHL Express. The cut-off time is at noon.
Europe
Shipping carriers vary by country. Please contact our customer happiness team if you have any questions or concerns.
UK
Shipments are delivered by the Royal Mail and Partner Parcel.
