If you don’t like our product, you can request a refund for your first order within 90 days of placing your first order with us by sending an email to support@athleticgreens.com. In this e-mail you must include your name, your order number, the date of your purchase and your address and bank details. We will then let you know how and to which address you need to return your product to us in order to get your refund. You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.

It’s important to us that our customers are happy, so your purchase is covered by our incredible 90 day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can let us know within 90 days of your first order to initiate the process of receiving a refund for your original order
Can I return a suspected counterfeit product for a refund?
If you believe you have purchased a counterfeit product, please contact our Customer Happiness team at support@drinkAG1.com as soon as possible. While we are unable to provide refunds for products that were not purchased directly on drinkAG1.com or our Amazon storefront, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange depending on the situation.
